“Due Process" is Constitutionally Guaranteed to Every "Person" Within the U.S.
Every person in America, whether he/she is a citizen or not, is entitled to due process of law before the government takes any action that deprives him/her of life, liberty, or property. This has been a bedrock principle of law in America since 1791.
