This article exposes the "in-your-face" disparate treatment in the handling of federal perjury charges alleged against former Chief U.S. District Court Judge Mark E. Fuller and the one charge lodged against LGBTQ rights attorney Carl S. Charles by federal prosecutors in Montgomery, Alabama. This disparate treatment has brought enormous disrepute to the federal judiciary. It also evidences an open, ugly, and entrenched judicial bias against lawyers who represent LGBTQ clients
