Dear Shedeur,   I have followed your career in football since you played quarterback at Jackson State University .  I was happy to see your success at Jackson State and the University of Colorado.   As expected, you made it into the ranks of professional football.  That’s a blessing for those who pursue football as a career.   The NFL is a Multibillion Dollar International Business Enterprise   The NFL team is a multibillion-dollar international business enterprise.  Its enterprise zones are vast and deep. They are expanding these zones every year.   Except for the Green Bay Packers, each NFL team is owned by a majority owner and, in some cases, limited partners.  The Packers are owned by a publicly traded coproration. Today , each majority owner (beyond the Packers) has net worth in the tens of billions of dollars.   The NFL team is NOT his/her biggest income-producing asset.   All NFL majority owners, except one, are white.  The lone exception is a Pakistani American.  Blacks within the NFL ownership ranks are limited partners who have no input in team management decisions.   In 2007-2009, I formally applied to become the majority owner of the St. Louis Rams .   Goldman Sachs in New York vetted me as a qualified and capable bidder. I made it through every round of the bid process.   I lost out to Stan Kroenke, who was the Rams' sole limited partner.  Kroenke held a “right of first refusal” if the majority owner (the Rosenbloom family) ever sold its majority stake in the team to a third-party like me.  Kroenke exercised his "right of first refusal" on the last day of the option period and at the last minute. Kroenke now owns 100% of the Rams, which he relocated to Los Angeles.   During the bid process, I met several of the 32 team owners in private one-on-one conversations.  They are extremely successful business moguls.    On average, the 32 teams are worth $7.1 billion each.  Some are more valuable than others. Each NFL team is going to rise in value each year, whether you play in the league, or not. This increase in value will occur whether the team makes it to the Super Bowl, or not.    NFL team owners have huge egos and pocketbooks that match their egos.  All of them are extremely conservatives in the political arena. They have an aversion to "controversial" players.   Owners know that players come into the NFL and leave every year.  Players are NOT their business partners.  Players are employees, until they are no longer productive on the playing field.   No player is ever bigger than the game, or the team owner, or the carefully crafted PR brand of a specific team.  Owners get rid of talented players all the time – for a variety of reasons.  Just ask Colin Kaepernick.   Success in the NFL   I think you have the potential to become a successful quarterback in the NFL, but first you must make a major adjustment in your attitude, public demeanor, and personal behavior.  You must place the team first, at all times.   Unlike college football, you are working on another person’s privately-owned business platform.  The majority owner controls every major decision on the platform.   They have the power to keep you on the team, trade you, or waive you. As a league, NFL owners also have the power to blacklist you.  Again, just ask Colin Kaepernick.   At this juncture, the highest and best use of your time in the NFL is the development of your talents and gifts as a quarterback and your spirit as a team-first player.  Spend your time in film rooms and on practice fields.  Let your work ethic on and off the playing field and comradery with teammates do the talking.   Learn as much as you can about the 32 owners of NFL teams.  They control your destiny within the league.   Kill the partying, speeding tickets, and “celebrity” entourages.  Take a very low-profile off the field.    Prepare yourself for a leadership opportunity on an NFL team.  Remember, luck occurs when preparation meets opportunity.   Lastly, stand for something that is larger than yourself.  What you do for a living should NEVER define who you are as a person.   Sincerely,   Donald V. Johnnie-Mae Shannon was born on July 12, 1928, in Tupelo, Mississippi to parents Mount and Johnnie Shannon.  She was the youngest of their three children. Johnnie's sister Jessie-Bell Shannon and brother Solomon "Jack" Shannon were 14 and 12 years older than her, respectively.   In Tupelo, Johnnie-Mae's aunt and first cousins lived two houses down from a young white boy named Elvis Presley.  Johnnie and her cousins played with Elvis as children and taught him how to do the swivel hip “Shake a Ray” dance moves that would later define Elvis's iconic music career.   Johnnie attended elementary and public school in Tupelo.  On May 21, 1944, Johnnie-Mae graduated from the George Washington Carver High School as valedictorian, at age 15 .  On May 26, 1948, Johnnie-Mae graduated from Mississippi Industrial College as salutatorian, at age 19 .    After graduating from college, Johnnie-Mae moved to Washington, D.C. and became a federal government employee at the Department of Health, Education, and Welfare for the next 33 and a half years.   Johnnie was a Mississippi-licensed elementary school professional, a certified expert in shorthand writing, a certified expert in English Grammer and Punctuation, and the November 21, 1955, recipient of the NAACP’s Certificate of Merit for her exceptional job-related performance and community service achievements in Washington.   In Washington, Johnnie-Mae Shannon met and fell in love with Joseph T. Watkins (Uncle J.T.), my father's youngest brother. They met during a chance encounter in the cafeteria of the Washington National Airport (known today as the "Ronald Reagan Airport"). On October 20, 1956, the couple married.  This is when I became exposed to Johnnie-Mae Shannon and her brilliance, strength of courage, backbone of steel, and unwavering commitment to the advancement of civil rights for African Americans and women in America.   Joseph T. and Johnnie-Mae Watkins on their wedding day in 1956. A Warrior for Equal Rights and Fair Employment Practices By today's standards, Aunt Johnnie would be considered a warrior for civil rights, equal justice, fair employment practices, and equal pay for equal work.  She was every bit as active in the NAACP's battles for fair employment, fair housing, and equal educational opportunities for African Americans and women in Washington, D.C., as my Uncle J.T.   Like Uncle J.T., Aunt Johnnie was a life member of the NAACP in her own name.   Bonding with Aunt Johnnie and Uncle J.T. Aunt Johnnie and I became close when my former wife, DeAndra Johnson Watkins, and I moved from Carbondale, Illinois to Washington immediately after my graduation from college in May 1970 to attend Howard University’s law school. We stayed at Aunt Johnnie’s home until we found a suitable apartment in Washington.  Johnnie and J.T. helped us with the search and even furnished the new apartment.    Aunt Johnnie and J.T. helped DeAndra find and secure a good job in Washington, while paying me market rate wages to hand-paint the interior of their comfortable suburban home in the summer of 1970.   Johnnie and J.T. treated DeAndra and me as well as they treated their two children -- John Adam Watkins, II (born in 1959), and his sister, Monte Jean Watkins (born in 1965).   When Miles College President Lucius Pitts and the NAACP Legal Defense and Education Fund recruited me in July to desegregate the University of Alabama’s law school in September 1970, Aunt Johnnie and J.T. strongly encouraged me to participate in that civil rights cause.   They knew this NAACP-sponsored mission was dangerous and they stayed in constant contact with DeAndra and me.  Aunt Johnnie sent us spending money on a regular basis. Establishing a Washington, D.C. Civil Rights Law Office   After I graduated from UA's law school in May 1973 and passed my Alabama Bar exams in September, Johnnie and J.T. recruited me to come back to Washington to practice law.  They gave me the money I needed to cover the costs associated with obtaining my D.C. law license, which I received on May 14, 1974.   Aunt Johnnie found a very nice law office building for me at the corner of Albemarle and Wisconsin in Georgetown.  She and J.T. furnished my small law office, which they manned during their off time.  I spent one week per month working in my Washington office.   Johnnie and J.T. channeled a steady flow of federal government employees to me who suffered from purposeful racial discrimination in promotional practices and overt violations of the equal pay for equal work standard. The legal work was good, profitable, and enjoyable.  Our team won a lot of cases against the federal government. Aunt Johnnie and Uncle J.T. always had my back. Their dedication to the cause of civil rights and equal justice is unsurpassed by anyone today. Joseph T and Johnnie-Mae Watkins My Washington law office arrangement continued until I was elected to the Montgomery, Alabama city council in October 1979. From that point forward, Alabama became the primary battleground for my federal civil rights cases and class action lawsuits. Since its founding in 1819, Alabama has practiced purposeful, hardcore, unabated, "cradle to the grave" racial discrimination against its black citizens, as affirmed by three lengthy and well-documented federal court rulings issued in the summer of 2025. Two of these court opinions were written by conservative Donald Trump-appointed federal judges. Additionally, Alabama proudly billed itself as the " Heart of Dixie " and " Cradle of the Confederacy ." Until 1993, the Confederate flag flew above the United States flag atop of the Alabama State Capitol Building in Montgomery. An Unsung American Civil Rights Hero   Aunt Johnnie has never gotten the recognition she deserves for her demonstrable commitment to the cause for civil rights in America.  She was a fearless and unrelenting warrior who left it all on the battlefield for equal rights for African Americans and women.    Aunt Johnnie was a remarkable woman, a devoted wife, a loving mother, and a Rosa Parks/Johnnie Carr-category champion for civil rights and equal justice.  Johnnie-Mae-Shannon Watkins lived her life like a true civil rights battlefield warrior.  Johnnie-Mae Shannon Watkins, with her husband Joseph (left), daughter Monte Jean (second left), and son John Adam (right). Uncle J.T. died on November 3, 2005, at age 81. Johnnie-Mae Shannon Watkins transitioned to Heaven on the wings of angels on July 13, 2020. She was 92-years-old. In a world of guided missiles and misguided men/women, Aunt Johnnie's legacy of uplifting humanity lives on through her children -- John Adam Watkins, II, and Monte Jean Watkins Boone. Johnnie-Mae Shannon Watkins. She never stopped fighting for equal justice.

Watkins Copyrighted and Published on September 20, 2025   An Editorial Opinion On April 7, 2025, the Network Contagion Research Institute (NCRI) and Rutgers University published a study that confirmed what I have feared for many years – America is engulfed in a growing “assassination culture.”      [The full NCRI-Rutgers study is linked here.]   Political violence targeting Donald Trump and Elon Musk has become increasingly normalized.   Following the July 13, 2024, attempted assassination of Trump, tolerance -- and even advocacy -- for political violence surged, especially among politically left-leaning segments of the population.   This pattern builds on a broader trend that NCRI identified in two December 2024 reports which analyzed how viral social media narratives were legitimizing political violence, particularly in the aftermath of the UnitedHealthcare CEO Brian Thompson’s assassination.   The April study was based upon the survey responses of 1,264 U.S. residents, balanced to reflect Census data on race/ethnicity, gender, age, and education. Respondents were asked demographic information, political identity, several political and psychological scales, and questions concerning their acceptance of specific forms of political violence.   The study’s results are shocking: Overview : The study found widespread justification for lethal violence -- including assassination -- among younger, highly online, and ideologically left-aligned users.  A spillover effect into offline domains is also occurring, as illustrated by a ballot measure recently submitted in California that is macabrely named “The Luigi Mangione Access to Health Care Act.” Mangione is Thompson's alleged killer. Murder Justi fi cation : 31% and 38% of respondents stated it would be at least somewhat justified to murder Elon Musk and President Trump , respectively. These effects were driven by respondents that self-identified as left of center, with 50% and 56% at least somewhat justifying murder for Elon Musk and President Trump, respectively. Property Destruction : Nearly 40% of respondents stated it is at least somewhat acceptable to destroy a Tesla dealership in protest. Psychological/Ideological Correlations with Assassination Culture : These beliefs are highly correlated with one another, as well as with the justification of the murder of the UnitedHealthcare CEO and hyper-partisan left-wing ideology . The study hypothesized that support for violence is part of a broader assassination culture , underpinned by psychological and ideological factors. Online Amplification of Radical Ideation : NCRI's analysis supports the belief that BlueSky (a cyber-social platform) plays a significant and predictive role in amplifying radical ideation. Users are increasingly associating the memeification of Luigi Mangione with calls for political violence against Musk, Trump, and others, reflecting the growing cyber-social presence of assassination culture. Charlie Kirk's Assassination Adds Fuel to the Fire Against this backdrop, Turning Point USA founder and conservative podcaster Charlie Kirk was assassinated on September 10, 2025.  Kirk's gruesome murder on TV confirms that we are living in an assassination culture. A suspect has been taken into custody in Kirk's case. However, highly qualified independent forensic experts outside of the FBI have produced enough credibile frame-by-frame audio-visual and accoustical analyses, together with solid entry-exit wound evidence and proof of a sophisticated professional-grade laser guidance device (which has not been retrieved), to cast reasonable doubt on the FBI's hasty and shaky theory of the case that Kirk was assassinated with a rifle shot from 200 yards away by an amateur "lone wolf" gunman named Tyler Robinson. What is more, the fatal bullet in Kirk's assassination has not been found and the crime scene was severely tampered with and grossly compromised immediately after Kirk was killed. Non-law enforcement officials are seen on video removing key pieces of evidence from the scene before police arrived. Many seasoned homicide experts are baffled by the fact that the FBI's criminal investigation into Kirk's assassination is led by an obviously unqualified FBI Director -- Kash Patel -- who has zero law enforcement experience in homicide investigations and who appears to be little more than a Trump-appointed DEI sycophant. FBI Director Kash Patel My Personal Condemnation of Political Assassinations   I am an old-school freedom of speech activist.  I cherish the First Amendment as much as gun owners cherish the Second Amendment. I exercise my freedom of speech rights constantly and liberally.  Between 1973 and 2019, I practiced civil rights law in Alabama under the cloud of constant death threats.  As such, I know what it is like to worry about a potential violent death at any moment solely because I freely expressed my political beliefs in the court of public opinion. On November 7, 1999, an editorial cartoonist for The Birmingham News caricatured me an as insect and showcased my death by Dr. Bernard Kincaid, the incoming Birmingham, Alabama mayor. Death threats against me skyrocketed after this provocative and demeaning cartoon was published by the News and celebrated in Birmingham's ultra-conservative, right-wing white community.   I condemn all political assassinations.  Whoever plans, carries out, and/or aids and abets in the execution of public officials, political figures, and social justice activists should be arrested, charged, prosecuted, convicted, and sentenced to death, without exception.  This includes foreign intelligence agents who carry out political assassinations on U.S. soil, whether they are working on behalf of our nation's so-called allies or its declared foes.

Ford for testifying against Kavanaugh, some critics have hinted that opponents of Trumpian strongman politics need to deploy more aggressive tactics in their resistance. Some have hinted at fighting back in ways that are I believe are counter-productive. Let me be clear on one thing: Violence is never the answer to systematic discrimination and sexual abuse. Violence is the language of the unheard. History has shown us that freedom of speech is the greatest tool for liberation from oppression that man has ever created. For thousands of years, despots and tyrants around the world have tried to suppress freedom of speech. None has succeeded in quashing it on a permanent basis. Jesus Christ was crucified because he actively engaged in a full measure of freedom of speech. He paraded in the streets without a permit. He healed the sick without a medical license. He fed the hungry and clothed the naked without government permission. He disrupted the gaming establishment by engaging in disorderly conduct. He had no permanent street address and did not wear custom-made clothes or name-brand shoes. He treated all men and women with respect. He never called any woman or man a "dog" or "pig". In fact, Jesus stopped the stoning of a woman who had been accused of adultery, which was punishable by death under Jewish law. Jesus said to her executioners, " He that is without sin among you, let him first cast a stone at her. ” Jesus could have defeated any army, yet he never used or encouraged his followers to use physical violence. When violence was inflicted upon Jesus, he literally asked God to forgive the perpetrators because they did not know what they are doing. For those who call upon Democrats to match the gutter politics of the Trumpian era with an antidotal brand of gutter politics, I say this: One cannot defeat gutter politics by wallowing in the gutter yourself. Sooner or later, God will send someone to lead America out of the Trump abyss of self-centered, sexist, xenophobic, regressive, narrow-mindedness. As for me, no man or women stands tall when he/she has to stand of the necks of others in order to elevate himself/herself. I have no respect for President Trump or any man/woman who proudly calls women "dogs" and "pigs", or who lusts after his own "voluptuous", "piece of ass" daughter. Those who do not condemn this type of deviant behavior, apparently embrace it. According to Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr., " [o]ur lives begin to end the day we become silent about things that matter ." He continued by stating, " [i]n the end, we will remember not the words of our enemies, but the silence of our friends. " Finally, Booker T. Washington once said, " [a] lie doesn't become truth, wrong doesn't become right, and evil doesn't become good, just because it is accepted by a majority." Adolf Hitler's rule as "Führer" in Nazi Germany is the world's best example of this axiom. Donald Trump's rule as President of America demonstrates that this axiom is alive and well today.

Sullivan case led to new protections against publishers who, in their criticism of government, are sued by government officials for libel. The New York Times was sued by the Montgomery, Alabama, city commissioner for errors in a civil rights advertisement. The U.S. Supreme Court established that public officials must meet a higher standard for libel judgments and show that the publisher acted with knowledge that something was false. (Photo courtesy of AP and Gene Herrick) An Editorial Opinion In the aftermath of Turning Point USA founder and podcaster Charlie Kirk’s September 10, 2025, assassination, MAGA-aligned political activists have pressured media companies, Wall Street corporations, legacy newspapers, universities, and public school systems to fire employes who made unflattering comments about Kirk. The list of immediate Kirk-related firings is long and distinguished.   First Amendment freedom of expression, as we have known it in the past, is gone.  MAGA political warfare against progressive media organizations and anti-Donald Trump social media influencers is rampant and surging.    Where Did Protections for Our Freedom of Speech Rights Come From?   National Association for the Advancement of Colored People v. Alabama (1958), was a landmark decision of the U.S. Supreme Court. The state of Alabama sought to prevent the NAACP from organizing its civil rights protests and conducting further business in the state. After a circuit court in Montgomery, Alabama issued a restraining order against the NAACP, the state issued a subpoena for various business records, including the NAACP's membership lists. The NAACP challenged this subpoena request. The U.S. Supreme Court ruled that Alabama's demand for the lists violated the right of due process guaranteed under the Fourteenth Amendment to the United States Constitution. The landmark case of New York Times v. Sullivan (1964) arose from a concerted efforts by white Alabama elected officials and state court judges to use state libel laws to quash local, state, and national support for Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr., and his 1960s civil rights movement. Montgomery, Alabama city commissioner L.B. Sullivan, a staunch segregationist, sued The New York Times for defamation over a 1960 advertisement that criticized the police department's actions during Dr. King's civil rights movement. Not only did state officials indict Dr. King on two felony counts of perjury in connection with his state tax returns for 1956 and 1958, but they also acted in concert with L.B. Sullivan in naming Dr. King and four other prominent black ministers -- Reverends Ralph Abernathy, Solomon S. Seay, Fred L. Shuttlesworth, and Joseph Lowery -- as additional defendants in the New York Times case . The state court trial judge "homecooked" the defendants throughout the legal proceedings. An all-white jury ruled against all defendants, who were ordered to pay a $500,000 court judgment. The Alabama Supreme Court affirmed the jury verdict and judgment against the New York Times , Dr. King, and the other four black ministers. The defendants thereafter appealed their case to the U.S. Supreme Court. On March 9, 1964, the U.S. Supreme Court reversed the Alabama Supreme Court's ruling because the plaintiffs in the case, who were public officials, failed to prove that the defendants acted with " actual malice " in publishing the statements at issue or that the statements were published with a " reckless disregard of whether [they were] true or false ." In subsequent cases, the U.S. Supreme Court imposed this same high burden of proof on so-called "public figures" when they sued members of the press and public for defamation. Charlie Kirk would have been considered a "public figure." Today’s U.S. Supreme Court is a rubberstamp for President Donald Trump.  The six MAGA members of the Court decide cases on the basis of political ideology and not the applicable law. Their judicial decisions align with MAGA's political agenda. These Justices are expected to roll back the freedom of speech and peaceful protest protections that have been recognized by the Supreme Court since 1958 in NAACP v. Alabama. What is more, Trump’s Department of Justice is preparing to use "Lawfare" to prosecute individuals and entities whose freedom of speech expressions offend Trump's warped and one-sided notion of acceptable speech. Those who say Alabama no longer practices old-fashion "cradle to the grave" racial discrimination against its black citizens must read the 139-page, September 16, 2025, federal court ruling in Cara McClure v. Jefferson County Commission that was written by a Barack Obama-appointed judge ( Madeline Hughes Haikala), and the 274-page, August 22, 2025, federal court ruling in NAACP v. Allen that was written by a Donald Trump-appointed judge (Anna M. Manasco), and the 571-page, May 8, 2025, three-judge federal court panel ruling in Bobbie Singleton v. Wes Allen that was written by Reagan-appointed judge (Stanley Marcus) and Trump-appointed judges (Anna M. Manasco and Terry Moorer). Collectively, these three court rulings describe, in extensive detail, Alabama's long, ugly, robust, ongoing, purposeful, racial discrimination against its black citizens, particularly in the area of voting rights. Since its founding in 1819, Alabama has NEVER been " Woke ." Today, U.S. Sen. Tommy Tuberville, a MAGA Republican with a documented history of spewing racist statements in an unabashed fashion, is the frontrunner in the race for Alabama governor in 2026. Tuberville, a Trump sycophant, is leading the charge to fire public employees who have made statements and social media posts that were unflattering to Charlie Kirk after his death.

An Editorial Opinion In January 2021, most Americans will celebrate two monumental events – Dr. Martin Luther King Jr’s birthday on January 18, 2021 and Donald J. Trump’s exit from the presidency on January 20th. Dr. King, a native of Atlanta, was a drum major for peace. He loved humanity, including the white Americans who hated him. Dr. King worked his entire life to free African Americans from the sweltering heat of racial discrimination and Jim Crow laws. Trump, a native of New York, was raised by a father who hated Black people. At an early age, Trump was taught the fine art of Northern-style de facto racial segregation. He practiced it his entire adult life. What is worse, Trump developed a personality that allowed him to love only himself. Dr. King’s social justice activism resulted in the passage of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, the Voting Rights Act of 1965, and the Fair Housing Act of 1968. He lead a national human rights movement that made America great. Trump ran for president in 2016 on a promise to “Make America Great Again”. It was just a campaign slogan. In reality, Trump pitted white Americans against the mainstream media (including FOX News), Americans of color, Muslims, gays, and indigenous peoples from “shithole” countries. By every objective measure, Trump was a drum major for hatred. Dr. King won the 1963 Nobel Peace Prize. He donated his prize money to various civil rights organizations. King died broke. Trump was born rich, but he filed for bankruptcy protection six times as a businessman. On November 3, 2020, a majority of the record 160 million Americans who voted in the presidential election fired Trump from the most powerful CEO position in the world. State and federal law enforcement agencies persecuted Dr. King during the 1950s and 60s. He was repeatedly jailed on trumped up charges during the COINTELPRO era. The FBI, which labeled the non-violent civil rights leader as the most “dangerous Negro in America," tried to pressure Dr. King into committing suicide. King ignored this abuse of government power. Trump has been pampered and protected all of his life. He used his position of wealth and privilege to demand the death penalty for the “Central Park Five," a group of five black and brown men who were falsely accused, charged, tried and convicted of assaulting and raping a white woman in New York’s Central Park. Even after DNA evidence cleared these men, Trump still demanded their execution. At 38-years-old, Dr. King knew his death was imminent. King gave his own eulogy in Memphis on the night before his April 4, 1968 assassination during his famous “Mountaintop” speech. At the time of his death, 75% of white Americans disliked Dr. King. In 2020, a plague of Biblical proportions called “COVID-19” toppled a seemingly invincible Donald Trump from his presidential throne. This “Act of God” brought an end to Trump’s drama-filled, profane, embarrassing, draining, and inept political tenure as president. Trump is a slick New York marketeer and TV personality who spent most of his time in office watching television, tweeting insults, calling political lackeys, birthing lies, throwing spitballs, and playing golf. Today, America honors Dr. King in two significant ways – we have a national holiday named after King and he is the only non-president with a monument on the National Mall in Washington. Dr. King is universally recognized as a true American hero. Trump is universally regarded as a self-centered, no-class charlatan who was unmasked by God. Voter fraud did not defeat Trump. God did. Epilogue Racial bigotry, no matter how nicely it is giftwrapped, cannot defeat God’s will. As Jesus’s mother said in “The Song of Mary” (Luke 1:52), “He has put down the mighty from their thrones, and exalted the lowly”. This Biblical quote is so true. Not only was Trump dethroned, but the little Black girl who rode a school bus to desegregate her elementary school in Oakland, California – Kamala Harris – will be sworn in as the next vice president of the United States on January 20th, all because her immigrant parents believed in Dr. King’s “I Have a Dream” speech. For those who underestimate the Devine power of God, He made sure that the state of Georgia crushed any chance of Trump winning re-election. In Georgia, blacks who did not have an enforceable right to vote until 1965 flexed their mighty political muscle in record numbers to defeat an “Antichrist” called Donald Trump. What is more, God will make sure that Rev. Raphael Warnock, who pastors Dr. King’s Ebenezer Baptist Church in Atlanta will become the next U.S. Senator from Georgia. Warnock will become the first “civil rights” activist U.S. Senator since the late Edward Brooke and Ted Kennedy. Warnock, too, will be sworn-in in January. Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr., will be remembered forever. Donald Trump is on his way to a permanent spot in the dustbin of history.

Watkins Copyrighted and Published on September 17, 2025 To find out the truth about how Bernard Whitehurst died, Donald Watkins (far right) had his body exhumed for an autopsy.  For reasons they could never explain, police officials did not perform an autopsy after Whitehurst was fatally shot by Montgomery, Alabama police officer Donnie Foster. My Early Experiences with Police Officers My early experiences with police officers were not pleasant.  As a 12-year-old boy in 1960, I watched a white Montgomery, Alabama motorcycle police officer verbally abuse my mother during a routine traffic stop in our all-black neighborhood.  The officer threatened to kill my mom for simply asking basic questions about this traffic stop.  During his tongue-lashing, the officer told my crying mother that the “MUN” (which stands for “municipal”) preceding the numbers on the license plate of his motorcycle stood for “Murder U Niggers”. The officer did not care that he was abusing my mother in front of her son.   From 1974 to 1985, my life was routinely threatened by white police officers because of my aggressive prosecution of landmark court cases that challenged excessive police violence against unarmed black citizens in cities across Alabama. The worst threats came during my handling of a wrongful death case against the Montgomery police department (“MPD”) involving the fatal shooting of Bernard Whitehurst.   On December 2, 1975, Whitehurst was shot and killed by Montgomery police officer Donnie Foster.  MPD claimed Whitehurst was a fleeing felon who fired shots at Foster while facing him in a crouched position in the backyard of an abandoned house.   My investigation revealed that Whitehurst was an innocent unarmed black man who was shot in the back while attempting to climb over a fence.  The pistol found beside Whitehurst’s body was a “throw down” gun that was “planted” by police after his death. Within minutes after the shooting, a voice on the police radio screamed, “ We done shot the wrong nigger. ”   The Whitehurst case evolved into a national police scandal that the Washington Post called “ Alabama’s Watergate ” in an April 3, 1977, two-page feature story. The scandal resulted in the resignations of the city's mayor and police commissioner, the indictment of three police officers for perjury, and the firing or resignation of eight others.   In 1975, I represented Sidney Williams , a black corporal in the MPD who sought a promotion to the rank of sergeant.  His promotion was blocked by the MPD’s intentional use of racially biased promotional tests.  Every officer above the rank of corporal was white. Corporal Williams sued the MPD to stop its use of discriminatory promotional tests. We won the case, and the exams were scrapped for the next 10 years.  This landmark court victory cleared the way for a wave of deserving black officers to rise through the ranks of the MPD all the way up to the rank of police chief.  Williams retired as a major in the MPD and later served as chairman of the Alabama Pardons and Parole Board until his retirement in 2007.   In 1983, an out-of-state black family was mourning the death of their mother/grandmother on Todd Road in Montgomery when two white police officers mistook the Michigan and Ohio mourners' license plates as a gathering of out-of-state drug dealers. Unbelievably, these officers raided the funeral gathering on a “no-knock” basis and violence erupted in and around the home as the occupants “stood their ground”.  The officers, who were believed to be home invaders, were shot and subdued during the ensuing melee inside the home.   Eleven of the mourners were subsequently arrested and four of them were viciously beaten while in police custody.  My investigation into this matter as a Montgomery city councilman resulted in the reduction of felony criminal charges to misdemeanors in four of the cases and dropped altogether in the remaining eight cases.   Throughout the Bernard Whitehurst, Sidney Williams, and Todd Road cases, I received a barrage of death threats. These paradigm-shifting cases produced positive changes within the MPD for two reasons. First, former Montgomery County DA Jimmy Evans, who was white, was an exceptional prosecutor who exhibited tremendous courage and bravery by investigating and prosecuting crooked police officers.  Unlike many prosecutors today, Evans held police officers accountable for breaking the law.   Second, a cadre of good police officers, both black and white, covered my back, protected my family, and provided me with the vital evidence I needed to expose the widespread police misconduct in these cases.  Evans and these good police officers put their integrity, personal safety and professional careers on the line to make sure the public learned the whole truth regarding the MPD’s excessive use of force against black suspects, its propensity to cover-up wrongdoing, and the unlawful beatings of black suspects in detention. They also wanted equal employment opportunities to prevail throughout the MPD.   Defending Police Officers   In 1982, I defended Uniontown, Alabama police lieutenant Sammy Plummer, who is white, in a wrongful death case brought by the family of David White, a black suspect who died in a 1981 shootout with Plummer during an attempted arrest.  Plummer was shot several times during the incident.   After a hard-fought and emotionally charged trial, a mostly black Perry County jury cleared Plummer and the city of Uniontown of wrongdoing in David White’s death.   Lt. Sammy Plummer’s case was the first time in Alabama history that a black civil rights attorney defended a white police officer who used deadly force against a black suspect. My defense of Lt. Plummer generated controversy and criticism against me in the state’s black political circles.  I did not care because Lt. Plummer was a great person and a fine police officer. Finally, from 1985-1998, I routinely defended Birmingham, Alabama police officers while serving as Special Counsel to Birmingham Mayor Richard Arrington, Jr.  During this period, I worked closely with white and black police officers to solve a host of heart-wrenching violent crimes in Birmingham, including the 1994 execution-style murders of five innocent victims at the Changing Times Lounge.  At the time, this massacre was the largest mass murder in Birmingham’s history. The "Good Ones" Far Outnumber the "Bad Ones"   During my 65 years of very diverse and personal interactions with a multitude of white and black police officers in Alabama, I learned that police officers fall into two distinct groups – good ones and bad ones. Police officers like Lt. Sammy Plummer, Major Sidney Williams, the black and white MPD officers who helped me expose the Whitehurst and Todd Road police cover-ups, and the legion of dedicated Birmingham police officers who made that city’s streets safe are the good ones. They acted to protect and serve our communities on an unselfish basis.   Police officers like the guy who murdered Bernard Whitehurst, the two Todd Road home invaders, and the ones who, in recent years, have senseless killed unarmed, non-violent, African Americans during routine traffic stops and simple misdemeanor arrests fall into the category of bad officers.  Fortunately, the bad ones represent only one tenth of one percent of all police officers in America.   Every profession has bad employees. Police departments are no exception. Yet, we cannot have peace in the streets of America without justice, and we cannot have justice without a healthy respect for police officers and adherence by all Americans to the rule of law.

An Editorial Opinion On July 26, 1981, William "Chick" Bush (AIS #0000Z412) and a companion, Edward Lewis Pringle, entered the Majik Market convenience store on Carter Hill Road in Montgomery, Alabama, with the intent to rob the cashier of money to buy drugs. When they entered, two people were in the store: Larry Dominguez, the store clerk, and his friend Tony Holmes. Dominguez was in the restroom. Bush pointed a pistol at Holmes and forced him toward the restroom at the rear of the store. When Dominguez opened the restroom door, the Bush shot both Dominguez and Holmes for no reason. Bush then returned to the front of the store and attempted unsuccessfully to open the cash register. Dominguez stumbled out of the restroom, and Bush shot him again. Before departing, Bush took two bags of "zodiac sign tags" from a rack behind the counter near the cash register. The first shot striking Dominguez passed through his chin, lodging in his neck and severing a large artery. The second shot striking Dominguez entered his right shoulder and passed through his lungs and heart. He died quickly at the scene from the injuries caused by the second shot; however, the injuries sustained as a result of the first shot were potentially fatal. Holmes was shot in the throat and, although seriously injured, he survived. He was able to describe his assailant, the pistol, and the automobile the assailants were driving. He described the automobile as a 1973 white-over-green Chevrolet Monte Carlo and the pistol as a nickel-plated .38 caliber short-barreled special. After leaving the Majik Market, Bush and Pringle drove to a nearby 7-Eleven convenience store on Narrow Lane Road in Montgomery, arriving there sometime before 4:00 a.m. Bush entered the store and purchased a package of Kool cigarettes from the clerk, Thomas Adams. After Adams opened the cash register, Bush forced him into an office area behind the counter and shot him in the neck with the same pistol he had used to shoot Dominguez and Holmes. The shot to Adams's neck shattered his spinal cord and killed him instantly. When the shot was fired, the barrel of the pistol was either touching Adams's neck or within a fraction of an inch of it. Bush took between $20 to $30 from the cash register, along with a bank bag and checks. Bush made a statement to the police in which he confessed to his crimes. Although in his first statement he claimed that Pringle was the triggerman in both shootings at the Majik Market and that he was the triggerman in the collateral capital offense at the 7-Eleven store, in his second statement, he admitted that he fired the shots that killed Dominguez and Adams and that wounded Holmes. In assisting the officers in recovering the weapon, Bush said to Officer R.T. Ward, when the pistol was recovered, "[T]hat's the weapon that was used to shoot all three people." Ballistic tests of the pistol, a nickel-plated .38 caliber short-barreled special, proved that it was the pistol that fired the shots in the commission of the three crimes. Bush was Sentenced to Death William Bush, was indicted on September 11, 1981, in a four-count indictment for the capital offense of murder of Larry Dominguez during a robbery in the first degree or an attempted robbery in the first degree. Each count of the indictment alleges the same offense based on the same facts, but each is worded slightly differently, and two counts included alternative allegations of attempted robbery. After a jury trial, Bush was convicted on November 18, 1981 of the capital offense charged and, following a unanimous recommendation by the jury that the sentence be death, the trial court sentenced the Bush to death. Thereafter, Bush engaged in an endless series of appeals and other legal maneuvers to stall his execution. Today, Bush sits on death row at Holman prison with no known efforts by two-term Alabama Attorney General Steve Marshall to effectuate his execution. Pringle was Sentenced to Life Without Parole Edward Lewis Pringle was convicted of capital murder February 17, 1982, in Case No. 81-1350 in the Circuit Court of Montgomery County, Alabama, and was sentenced to life imprisonment without parole on March 9, 1982. Case No. 81-1350 involved the murder of Andy Adams during the robbery of the 7-Eleven store on Narrow Lane Road in Montgomery, Alabama. The case was not appealed. Pringle was also convicted of attempted murder in Case No. 81-1351, and was sentenced to life imprisonment without parole as a habitual offender on May 6, 1982. Case No. 81-1351 involved the murder of Larry Dominguez and the shooting of Tony Holmes during the robbery of the Majik Market store on Carter Hill Road in Montgomery, Alabama. The judgment in that case was appealed to the Alabama Court of Criminal Appeals, which affirmed his conviction without opinion in Pringle v. State, 428 So. 2d 1380 (Ala.Cr.App.1983). Justice Delayed is Justice Denied The families of Chick Bush’s crime victims have been waiting 43 years for his execution. That’s far too long. There can be no closure for these families until Bush is executed, which should have occurred many years ago. Chick Bush is the coldest person I have ever met in life. Bush is totally devoid of a soul and human feelings. He is the dead spirit that resides in the body of a living man. . Bush's capital murder case angers me to this day. I have never been able to forget what he did to his crime victims that night. For the record, I am a hardliner when it comes to dealing with convicted murderers in cases where their guilt is not in question. I believe in the administration of the death penalty for cold-blooded murderers. I also believe a murderer must be prepared to forfeit his life when he decides to take the life of an innocent victim. Why is William "Chick" Bush Alive Today? The only reason why William "Chick" Bush is still alive today is because Alabama Attorney General Steve Marshall is a weak, soft, lazy, and unfocused state prosecutor. Marshall is fixated on clamourized photo ops, MAGA culture wars, and making it hard for pregnant Alabama women to get out-of-state abortions in states where the medical procedure is still legal. Simply put, Marshall lacks the intestinal fortitude, intellectual acumen, and focus necessary to execute Bush. Two-term Alabama Attorney General Steve Marshall. Nothing sickens me more than a weak, soft, lazy, dumb, and unfocused prosecutor who play-acts in the job while he is constantly looking for resume-building opportunities. At the pace Marshall is working in this gruesome murder case, William "Chick" Bush will likely outlive everyone who fought for justice in his murder case. This outcome is inexcusable and totally unacceptable.

A Search for the Whole Truth About Jesus' Life This article concludes a three-part series of investigative articles that I began with "Mary Magdalene: Was She Jesus' Wife?," published on November 10, 2019, and "The Royal Bloodline of Jesus and Mary Magdalene," published on January 3, 2020. The Royal Bloodline article, alone, has been read by more than 105,000 people worldwide. This series of articles resulted from two years of research I conducted in connection with an upcoming book I am writing on the Royal Bloodline of Jesus and Mary Magdalene. The articles and book are based upon: (a) the Bible, as we know it today, with all of its drastic editing, revisions, censorship, and omission of known facts about the life of Jesus; (b) certain historically accurate Books of Gospel that were deliberately excluded from the Bible because they did not adhere to the Roman Catholic Church's theological message at the time Bishop Athanasius of Alexandria compiled the Bible in 367 AD; (c) facts derived from historical records that were written and maintained by other parties in the ordinary course of life; and (d) various genealogical charts of historical figures and dynasty families that intermarried to perpetuate the Royal Bloodline to the present day. Three key dates in Jesus' life have not been established with certainty. They are: (a) the year of Jesus' birth, (b) the date Jesus began his ministry and how long it lasted, and (c) Jesus' age when he was crucified. Jesus' birth year is uncertain because Dionysius Exiguus, the Scythian monk who developed the "BC" for "Before Christ" and "AC" for "After Christ" system of dates in the fifth century, made a calculation error in establishing Jesus' birth year. Exiguus failed to take into account the fact that Jesus was born before Herod the Great died in 4 BC. Herod ruled as king of the Jews from 27 to 4 BC. After Jesus' birth, Herod issued an order to kill all male children in Bethlehem two years old, or younger. As such, Jesus must have been a young child by the time Herod died. Based upon other historical records beyond the Bible and correcting for Exiguus' error, it appears that Jesus' ministry began when he was about 32 to 34 years old. His ministry lasted anywhere from one to three years, depending on which Book in the New Testament is correct on the number of annual Passovers that occurred during his ministry. Most scholars believe Jesus' ministry lasted about three years. As such, Jesus' crucifixion occurred when he was about 35 to 38 years old. I am a Christian. My sole objective in publishing these articles and my book is to present the whole truth regarding the life of Jesus. I used my training as a trial lawyer and skills as an investigative journalist to gather, organize, and properly document the relevant facts relating to Jesus and Mary Magdalene. Chronologically speaking, it is not possible to sequentially arrange the events in the life of Jesus in any definitive way by a reliance on the Bible alone, as none of the New Testament's Gospels follows an overtly chronological pattern over his lifetime. Therefore, I used hundreds of independent sources and documents to reconstruct and corroborate the life, marriage, parenthood, and genealogy of Jesus and Mary Magdalene, as well as the genealogy of their descendants. Jesus Married Mary Magdalene and Sired Children Their first child was named Sarah. She would later be known as Sarah-Damaris Bat Yeshuah Princess of West-Francs. Her father was Jesus of Nazareth and her mother was Mary Magdalene. The couple also sired a son named Joseph, who would later be known as Joseph Rama Theo ben Jesus Bishop of Saraz. The Bible does not expressly say whether Jesus was married or not, nor does it say whether Jesus fathered children, or not. The Bible is ambiguous about the role Mary Magdalene played in the life of Jesus. Yet, there is an abundance of credible historical information beyond the Bible that attests to the marriage between Jesus and Mary Magdalene and their parenthood. The omission of these two important subjects from the Bible is not shocking from a theological standpoint. The Roman Catholic Church's Bible is a respected religious document within the context of (a) the time period it was written, (b) the religious messages it conveyed throughout the Roman empire, and (c) the religious interests it advanced and protected for the Church. The same is true with respect to King James' version of the Bible protecting the interests of the British crown. Both Bibles, however, paint an incomplete historical picture of the life of Jesus and Mary Magdalene. They intentionally omit known and well-documented facts about the life and times of this royal couple to portray him as a deity. The objective evidence confirms that Jesus was, indeed, deity in the human form. In Jesus, God acquainted Himself, first hand, with the full range of human experiences (e.g., joy, sadness, temptation, fear, discipline, struggle, danger, learning, teaching, the challenges of leadership, romance and love, sexuality, conception, childbirth, parenthood, family ties, jealousy, envy, falsehoods, friendship, enemies, helplessness, loneliness, humility, self-restraint, commitment, faith, belief, betrayal, persecution, criminal prosecution, punishment, physical pain and suffering, and mortality). The Wedding at Cana Jesus was a member of the Tribe of Judah. Mary Magdalene was a member of the Tribe of Benjamin. After they met and fell in love, Jesus and Mary Magdalene were virtually inseparable. Jesus was a lineal descendant of a royal bloodline that spanned 42 generations and included King Solomon and King David. Jesus met Mary Magdalene at the home of the local Pharisee, Simon, in Capernaum. Magdalene means "from Magdala." According to Luke 8:2, Jesus had cured her of "evil spirits" by casting out "seven demons." Afterwards, she accompanied him in and around the province of Galilee, where Nazareth, Magdala, Cana, and Capernaum are located. She also traveled with Jesus to Judea, where Jerusalem and Bethlehem are located. Mary Magdalene's friendship circle included Joanna (the wife of Chuza, Herod's wealthy business manager) and Mary (the wife of Clopas). The couple married during the wedding at Cana. Jesus' mother, Joseph of Arimathea, and other dignitaries were in attendance. At the wedding, both Jesus and the attending servants obeyed his mother's commands. Jesus also performed the duties typically ascribed to a "bridegroom" under Jewish law. The wedding occurred before Jesus began his ministry and public display of miracles at "about thirty years old." Luke 3:23 The wedding at Cana began a dynasty marriage between the Tribes of Judah and Benjamin, which had historically competed for influence and political power in Roman-occupied Israel for generations. Symbolically, this union positioned Jesus as the titular "King of the Jews," literally and figuratively. After they married, Jesus called Mary Magdalene his "companion," which translates to "spouse" in Jesus' era. He was openly affectionate with her. Jesus often kissed Mary Magdalene on the lips, much to the consternation of Peter and other disciples. In their day, all Jewish men were expected to be married, especially for Rabbis like Jesus. Additionally, childbearing was viewed as the highest calling for a wife, while childlessness brought social stigma and shame upon her. Jesus also loved little children and, over the objections of his disciples, he ministered to them, as well. He also promoted the marriage, fidelity, and family. As his spouse, Mary Magdalene led the list of women who followed Jesus. Rabbis in Jesus' day did not have women disciples, so traveling with Jesus would have been highly unusual for a single woman. Mary Magdalene even "ministered unto [Jesus]." She attended the last supper. She was also present at Gethsemane when Jesus prayed to God to spare him of death, a prayer that God answered with His silence. Mary Magdalene stood with Jesus' mother at his crucifixion. She was the first witness to the empty tomb following Jesus' crucifixion. Finally, Mary Magdalene was the one Jesus first chose to reveal his resurrection. Based upon the totality of facts and circumstances, Mary Magdalene was closer to Jesus than any of his disciples. Mary Magdalene's Life After Jesus' Death After Jesus' ascension, Mary Magdalene, her children, Jesus' mother, Joseph of Arimathea, Martha, and others were smuggled out of Jerusalem by Lazarus. For their personal safety, they were taken by ship to France, which had a large Jewish population. This was not the first time the Royal Bloodline had to flee Israel. Jesus' parents, Mary and Joseph, had to flee Bethlehem for Egypt shortly after Jesus' birth to prevent Herod the Great from killing him. The Royal Bloodline entourage arrived at Marseilles first. From there, Lazarus took Mary Magdalene and her children to Gaul. Jesus' mother eventually settled in Ephesus in Greece, where she died. Mary Magdalene died in France. Lazarus died at Marseilles after founding a church there. Sarah and Joseph became adults in France, married, and had children. Their offspring also married, birthed children, and eventually ascended to royal positions in France and other parts of Europe. After Mary Magdalene, her children, Jesus' mother, and their entourage escaped to France, the Royal Bloodline perpetuated itself, intact and incognito for the next four hundred years. During the fifth century, this Royal Bloodline intermarried with the Royal Bloodline of the Franks, thus engendering the Merovingian dynasty. From there, the Bloodline continued through the Carolingians (who deposed the Merovingian dynasty from its throne) to William the Conqueror of England, and from there to Great Britain, Ireland, France, Germany, and other parts of the world. In Germany, Christian rulers took power and lands of the Western Roman Empire, 400 years after it fell in 467 AD. A king called Charlemagne crowned himself emperor and set about rebuilding a Christian empire in Europe. By 900 AD, King Charlemagne's empire had fallen apart, but ambitious German princes took on the title of Holy Roman Emperor for centuries afterwards. In medieval Europe, France was conquered by the Franks, a Germanic tribe. Eventually, France went on to become the most powerful country in Europe. By the fifteenth century, King Louis XI of France acknowledged Mary Magdalene as the source of the French royal line. King Charlemagne, who ruled Hapsburg, recognized her royalty, as well. Today, there are at least a dozen families in Europe who are of Merovingian descent. They include the Houses of Hapsburg-Lorraine, Plantard, Luxembourg, Montpezat, Montesquieu, and others. In Britain, various branches of the Sinclair, Stuart, and Devonshire families are descendants of the Royal Bloodline. A present day descendant of the Royal Bloodline is Dr. Rainer Zielke, a distinguished professor of genealogy, politics & history, religion & spirituality, and theology in Germany. Dr. Rainer Zielke is the 38th descendant of King Charlemagne. His 2021 German publication titled, "Die Vorfahren Karls des Großen" ("The Ancestors of Charlemagne"), documents a 4,000-year genealogical, cultural, and historical journey back in time to Jesus, King David, Abraham, Noah, and Adam, which spans an epic 136 generations ancestry. An excellent history of the Royal Bloodline is also presented in "Holy Blood, Holy Grail," by Michael Baigent, Richard Leigh and Henry Lincoln, Published in Great Britain by Jonathan Cape Ltd., 1982. This well-researched New York Times bestseller served as one of my many reference sources. Epilogue Author/journalist Lee Strobel's 1998 book, "The Case for Christ," documented by clear and convincing evidence that Jesus was deity in the human form. The NLT Study Bible, Second Edition, Tyndale House Publishers (2008), corroborates this fact with biblical texts and historically accurate timelines. However, there was nothing in my research to suggest that the lineal descendants of Jesus and Mary Magdalene are deity themselves. As Americans have seen in history books about the birth of our nation, historians tend to present narratives that reflect the cultural norms and biases existing in the periods of history that are presented. Women around the world have suffered a similar fate during times of extreme male dominance in a particular culture. The Bible is no different in its biased treatment of Mary Magdalene and its protectionism of a carefully scripted but incomplete account of Jesus and his life. Watkins Copyrighted and Published on September 15, 2025 Turning Point USA founder and conservative activist Charlie Kirk appears at a Utah Valley University speaking event in Orem, Utah, on September 10, 2025, moments before he was assassinated. An Editorial Opinion The FBI has identified Tyler Robinson as the suspect in the assassination of Turning Point USA (TPUSA) founder and conservation social activist Charlie Kirk last Wednesday on the campus of Utah Valley University. Robinson is in police custody, but he is not cooperating with law enforcement authorities.   Police have cleared Robinson’s family members of any involvement in Kirk’s assassination.  Robinson’s apartment roommate, who is a reported to be a transgender person in-transition, has been cleared, as well. Federal and state investigators are treating Robinson as a “lone wolf” assassin.  Their theory of the case embraces a popular MAGA political theme -- Robinson’s transgender roommate radicalized him to the point that he killed Charlie Kirk in a fit of "leftist" liberal rage.  Yet, nothing the roommate said to Robinson or did with him rose to the level of making this person an accomplice. Furthermore, investigators have acknowledged that the roommate knew nothing about the planned assassination beforehand. This storyline is being pushed by paid MAGA social media influencers and legacy conservative news media in the court of public opinion, none of whom has a track-record of solving complex murder cases and busting open law enforcement coverups. As explained below, the most likely suspects in Charlie Kirk's assassination are "untouchables" in the current political environment. The Credible Evidence Contradicts the FBI’s Official Storyline   It is obvious that the mugshot of Tyler Robinson does not match the facial features of the person in the photos of the suspected shooter that were circulated by the FBI after Kirk’s assassination.  Furthermore, the FBI’s narrative regarding the shooter’s movements and actions on the day Kirk was murdered does not jive with the evidence depicted in security cameras and cellphone videos taken at the crime scene.  Additionally, the fully assembled rifle police found in the woods near the school may not be the murder weapon.     What is worse, the crime scene at Utah Valley University was badly contaminated, much like the one at Jon Benet Ramsey’s Boulder, Colorado home in 1996.  Additionally, the bullet that killed Kirk has not been found, and key evidence was removed by non-law enforcement personnel before the scene was secured.   The FBI’s investigation appears to be constrained by White House political agendas.  There has been no focus on the most likely suspects -- the nation of Israel, its Prime Minister, and its national intelligence agency (Mossad).  These are the suspects Kirk feared would kill him in the weeks leading up to his assassination. Kirk expressed this fear publicly and privately before he met his fate on September 10th.    Led by Benjamin Netanyahu, Mossad has conducted creative and successful assassinations around the world against persons Netanyahu deems to be enemies of the state.  Netanyahu is unapologetic in his willingness to carry out assassinations, spy operations on U.S. and foreign leaders, "honey traps" schemes using underaged teen girls and boys, exploding pagers, carpet bombings of innocent civilians, and outright "war crimes." Today, Netanyahu is on trial in Israel for public corruption and is a wanted man for crimes against humanity in Gaza.   One of Netanyahu’s spin masters in the U.S. is Laura Loomer , a right-wing, Jewish social media influencer and Trump sycophant. In July, Loomer unloaded on Charlie Kirk by tweeting on X that he was a “ traitor ” and “ charlatan ” who “ stabs Trump in the back . ”  This is the kind of venom Loomer usually spews on Democratics and RINOs.   Right now, my ongoing investigation into the assassination of Charlie Kirk is focused on Israel, Netanyahu, and Mossad because the documented evidence pointing the finger in their direction far outweighs the woefully anemic evidence of a radicalized “leftist lone wolf" assassin whose transgender roommate/lover has been cleared by the police of any involvement before, during, and after the crime. Here are the evidentiary dots that I have connected thus far between Charlie Kirk and Israel, Netanyahu, and Mossad: Kirk was groomed by Israel as teenager. Kirk was Israel’s top non-Jewish loyalist. In 2025, Kirk started publicly criticizing Israel’s overwhelming influence in Washington.  For example, there are 535 members of Congress. Only 10 of them rejected AIPAC campaign money and so-called office "interns" who are forced upon Congressmen/women by AIPAC. The 98% who accept AIPAC money always put Israel's interests ahead of America's. In the months leading up to his assassination, Kirk began to loathe Netanyahu. Kirk also said Jeffrey Epstein was linked to Mossad.  Today, there is a wealth of independently sourced corroborating evidence that confirms Epstein’s role as a longtime Mossad “ access agent. ” Kirk spoke out against the U.S.'s bombing of Iran. Kirk personally lobbied Trump against entering a war with Iran.   Kirk said Israel had full control of Trump and he often referred to Netanyahu as a “bully.” Kirk feared Israel would kill him.  On August 13, 2025, social media influencer Harrison Smith tweeted about Kirk’s fear that Israel would kill him. Netanyahu offered TPUSA huge funding to lure Kirk back into the fold. Kirk refused the money.   By the Spring of 2025, Kirk became “disgusted” with Netanyahu.  He started to let anti-Israel advocates speak at his events.  Led by MAGA pitbull Laura Loomer, Pro-Israel media began to attack Kirk  Jewish donors threatened to defund TPUSA.  They also demanded that Kirk ban Tucker Carlson from his podcast show.   In August, FBI Director Kash Patel fired the Special Agent in Charge of the Utah FBI Field Office. Kirk engaged in an “anti-Israel” interview with pro-Israel puppet Ben Shapiro. Shapiro attacked Kirk on a podcast hosted by Jewish hardliner Mark Levin. Prior to September 10 th , unusual people reportedly visited Tyler Robinson. They had out-of-state license plates and “did not give off a good vibe.” On September 10 th , Kirk was shot in the jugular from 200 yards away. After the fatal shot was fired, an unidentified man ran in the crowd with some type of handgun.   Police initially arrested a “patsy” who claimed to be shooter.  The “patsy” yelled “shoot me!” during his arrest. The actual shooter and all members of his assassination team fled the crime scene without a trace. Netanyahu tweeted about Kirk’s death within minutes of his death.  Israeli media were the first news outlets to confirm Kirk’s death. A private jet took off from an airport located 12 minutes away from the crime scene.  At the owner/operator's request, location tracking on FlightAware was not available for this jet, which made flights to Israel in 2014 and 2022.  The jet is owned by a major donor to Chabad Lubavitch, a branch of Hasidic Judaism. The FBI initially leaked to Sean Hannity and John Solomon that there was a "foreign component" to Kirk's assassination because of "Intel shared by a foreign friendly." The FBI also claimed it had photos of the shooter and said he wore tactical gear. They also said the Bureau found a fully assembled rifle in “wooded area” near the university. Yet, no surveillance camera footage exists showing the shooter with the rifle and no photos exist of Robinson in tactical gear. After Kirk was assassinated, paid pro-Israel propaganda puppets engaged in a social media blitz praising him. After Kirk was killed, Netanyahu also went on media blitz praising Kirk and declaring that Islamist terrorists were behind Kirk’s assassination.  Tucker Carlson said Kirk was at war with Israel when he was assassinated.     The September 12, 2025, edition of The Grayzone , an independent news website dedicated to investigative journalism, published an insightful article that corroborates many of these curated facts.     Beyond a doubt, Charlie Kirk was at war with Israel when he was assassinated on September 10th.  Kirk’s resentment of Netanyahu was spreading within Donald Trump’s inner circle.  In fact, White House friends confided in Kirk that Trump, himself, was terrified of Netanyahu’s wrath, and feared the consequences of defying him.  Kirk also learned that Mossad spied on Trump in the U.S. in 2019 – the year Epstein was murdered in his federal prison cell. Politico confirmed this spying at the time. "Outside Forces" Likely Assassinated Charlie Kirk   Trump insiders are not buying Kash Patal’s official FBI storyline on Kirk's assassination, and neither do I. They think Patel is way out of his league in this investigation, and so do I. Trump insiders say “outside forces” assassinated Kirk.  I agree with them, but I am not ready to pin the blame for Kirk’s assassination on Israel, Netanyahu, and Mossad, just yet.  Additional investigative work needs to be done in this case. For reasons that have not been made public, Donald Trump is not allowing the FBI and Department of Homeland Security to investigate Israel, Benjamin Netanyahu, and Mossad as prime suspects in Charlie Kirk's assassination. What we know sure at this juncture is this: Tyler Robinson is a " patsy defendant ," much like Lee Harvey Oswald was in John F. Kennedy's 1963 assassination and James Earl Ray was in Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr.'s 1968 assassination. The professional assassins who murdered Charlie Kirk have escaped justice -- for now. An Editorial Opinion Turning Point USA founder and conservative social media influencer Charlie Kirk was assassinated on Wednesday. President Donald Trump announced the arrest of Kirk’s alleged shooter on Friday. Kirk’s death was downgraded from an “assassination” to a “murder” by a “lone wolf” killer who told his father what he had done. The father, in turn, alerted law enforcement officials about his son's role in the crime. Nobody else is facing criminal charges in the case. The alleged shooter -- Tyler Robinson -- did not match the profile spun by right-wing media groups and MAGA-aligned social media influencers immediately after Kirk’s assassination. These amateur sleuths surmised and proclaimed that Kirk’s assassin was a deranged transgender shooter. Robinson, however, is a white, Christian, straight, MAGA Republican male whose family strongly supports Donald Trump. Robinson has no military background and no known sniper training. Even though FBI Director Kash Patel looked and acted totally weird in press conferences related to the case, federal and state law enforcement officials patted themselves on the back for “solving” the case quickly. They decided that the state of Utah would charge Robinson with aggravated murder, felony discharge of a firearm, and obstruction of justice. Additional state charges may be announced next week. No federal charges have been announced against Robinson. Is Tyler Robinson a “Patsy Defendant” in the Kirk Assassination Case? After Tyler Robinson's arrest was announced, seasoned homicide investigators deemed him to be a “patsy defendant” in Charlie Kirk’s assassination case. A “patsy defendant” is someone who can be quickly and easily blamed for Kirk’s death. The prompt arrest of a “patsy defendant” in a high-profile assassination case usually signals a coverup. The two best known "patsy defendants" in modern U.S. history were Lee Harvey Oswald and James Earl Ray. Oswald was the alleged killer in the 1963 assassination of President John F. Kennedy. James Earl Ray was the alleged killer in the 1968 assassination of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Each man was deemed to be the "lone wolf" killer in his case. Oswald was murdered before his guilt could be established in court. Ray entered an "Alford Plea" to the crimes alleged in his case, which means his guilt was never established in court from a factual standpoint. An "Alford Plea" is essentially a "no contest" response to criminal charges. Today, we know that the real killers in the Kennedy and King assassinations were never identified and apprehended. Based upon the evidence that has been made publicly available to date, the real killers in Kirk’s assassination case have NOT been identified or captured. Kirk’s assassination required at least 4 members of a “hit team” -- a computer hacker who accessed third-party electronic accounts for detailed information about Kirk's security arrangements on Utah Valley University's campus, a trained sniper, a spotter near the stage, and a get-away accomplice for the "hit team." Besides Robinson (assuming he is the sniper), none of the other accomplices has been identified or captured. Here are some facts, circumstances, and evidence that undermine the government’s “lone wolf” theory of the case: The bullet that struck Charlie Kirk was not found or retrieved for forensic testing. A “hit team” spotter stood in the crowd near Kirk when he was assassinated. The rifle recovered by law enforcement authorities in the woods near the assassination site -- a Mauser model 98, in .30-06 caliber, with a scope mounted on it -- may not have been the weapon that was used to assassinate Kirk. For the record, the rifle identified as the murder weapon in James Earl Ray's was not the weapon used to kill King. Except for Tyler Robinson, the other “hit team” members successfully escaped after Kirk’s assassination. Robinson, the local “patsy defendant,” did not make a serious effort to evade capture. He wanted to be caught. Charlie Kirk, who was a staunch America First advocate, feared for his life in the weeks before his assassination after he (a) publicly began to retreat from his usual hardcore pro-Israel stance and (b) privately questioned Donald Trump’s unwavering support for Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu. As a result of these actions, right-wing, pro-Trump loyalist and media influencer Laura Loomer publicly chastised Kirk (in a post on X that she deleted one day after the shooting) and accused him of being a “political opportunist .... who stabs Trump in the back." Immediately prior to the assassination, the personal and political relationship between Charlie Kirk and Benjamin Netanyahu was somewhat strained. Yet, Netanyahu publicly announced Kirk’s assassination within minutes of its occurrence. He was the first government official to do so. Mossad, Israel’s national intelligence agency, carries out covert assassinations, spy missions, and blackmail operations all over the world. Jeffrey Epstein’s decades-long “honey trap” operation (which used underaged girls and boys) and Epstein’s 2019 assassination are examples of Mossad's work in the U.S. Will the Govenment's “Patsy Defendant” Theory Work in Kirk’s Case? MAGA World is already divided by and struggling with the U.S. Department of Justice's and FBI's ongoing coverup in the Jeffrey Epstein’s pedophilia case. Based upon the surging number of skeptical posts on X and various right-wing social media platforms in the aftermath of Charlie Kirk’s assassination, it does not appear that MAGA World has the appetite for a coverup in the assassination of Charlie Kirk -- a true MAGA hero. MAGA World appears to be suffering from “coverup fatigue.” What is worse, Benjamin Netanyahu would be the "primary beneficiary" of a law enforcement coverup in Kirk’s case, and Netanyahu is viewed by most Americans as a "genocidal thug" and designated "war criminal." MAGA World will likely choose criminal justice for Charlie Kirk’s family over a law enforcement coverup for Benjamin Netanyahu, whose popularity with the American people appears to be waning.

An Editorial Opinion   Any murder investigation that begins with the goal of clearing political friends and allies on the front-end to conform to a scripted narrative of events will only produce a "patsy defendant" for public vilification and prosecution.  We can see from recent developments in Charlie Kirk's assassination investigation that FBI Director Kash Patel and Department of Homeland Security Anti-Terrorism Chief Thomas C. Fugate are headed in that direction.   We have seen the "patsy defendant" solution in the criminal investigation of other assassinations involving high-profile individuals/victims. Here are a few examples of this solution: President Lyndon B. Johnson made Lee Harvey Oswald the "patsy defendant" in the 1963 assassination of President John F. Kennedy.  Johnson appointed the Warren Commission to investigate the assassination. The Commission found that Oswald acted alone. Today, most open-minded Americans realize this Commission finding is false and misleading.   Longtime FBI Director J. Edgar Hoover made Muhammad Aziz and Khalil Islam "patsy defendants" in the 1965 assassination of Malcolm X.  Both men were convicted of Malcolm X’s murder. In 2021, both men were exonerated after a judge found evidence of wrongful convictions, including exculpatory evidence that was deliberately withheld from the defense team by the prosecution team, FBI, and New York Police Department.   Hoover repeated the "patsy defendant" solution in the 1968 assassination of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr., when the FBI arrested James Earl Ray and claimed Ray was the lone gunman. Today, most open-minded Americans realize Ray did not act alone. What is more, the forensic evidence on the gun supposedly used in the King assassination suggests that Ray may not have been the shooter at all. Charlie Kirk's Assassination was Not a "Lone Wolf" Operation   At least four people were involved in Charlie Kirk's assassination -- a computer hacker who accessed logistical information regarding Kirk's security arrangements from various third-party electronic accounts, the shooter, a spotter near the stage, and a get-away accomplice. The American pubic will not accept any political and/or law enforcement coverup in Charlie Kirk’s assassination case.  Kirk's murder was not a “lone wolf” operation.   As concerned members of the public, we want the entire team of assassins apprehended, charged, tried, convicted, and executed, including all members of the foreign intelligence agency team that may have organized and orchestrated Charlie Kirk’s assassination.  We do not believe in "diplomatic immunity" for an assassination carried out by a foreign government on U.S. soil.   Furthermore, we must show the world that any foreign government that participated in Charlie Kirk's assassination is America’s enemy. Campaign contributions to favored politicians, direct or laundered payments to certain well-known social media influencers, and/or offers to arrange financing for private business deals for key U.S. government officials must NEVER be allowed to buy forgiveness for a foreign government’s involvement in a political assassination on U.S. soil. Finally, we must listen to Charlie Kirk explain Jeffrey Epstein's connection to Mossad (Israel's national intelligence agency) and Mossad's blackmail of powerful individuals in the U.S. In the 2-minute video shown below, Kirk provides a key clue to the events leading up to his assassination.
